1. Our service

Dieva Asia buys used catalytic converters and related materials. The website lets you look up indicative prices, request price offers, and follow your sales and payments.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 20 years old, or act on behalf of a registered business.
• The information you give us must be true and up to date, including your bank details for payouts.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
• We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, gives false information or breaks these terms.

3. Prices and offers

• Prices shown on the website are indicative. They depend on metal market prices and exchange rates and can change at any time.
• The final price is set when we have inspected the material, and in some cases after measurement or analysis. An offer is binding only when it is confirmed in writing on a purchase receipt or an accepted offer, and only for the period stated in it.

4. Selling to us

• You confirm that you own the materials you sell, or are authorised to sell them, and that they are not stolen or otherwise obtained unlawfully.
• We may ask for proof of identity and origin, and may refuse any purchase. Where the law requires it, we report suspicious transactions to the authorities.
• Ownership passes to us when the purchase is completed and payment is made or confirmed.

5. Payment

We pay by bank transfer to the account in your profile, or in cash where agreed and permitted by law. Payment times are stated on the purchase receipt.

6. Acceptable use

Do not try to access data or parts of the service you are not entitled to, disrupt the service, copy our catalogue or prices in bulk, or use the service for anything unlawful.

7. Intellectual property

The website, catalogue, photos and texts belong to Dieva Asia or its licensors. You may use them only to use our service.

8. Liability

We provide the website with care but cannot guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown on this page. For significant changes, we will inform registered users by e-mail.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are settled by the competent courts of Thailand.
